I am trying to cancel a 2nd sim

I managed to cancel 1st no problem but can cancel the 2nd

@Gandy3262 You need to speak with customer support about this. This is a public that doesn’t have access to your EE account to do this

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term. They will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
