Hi, I ordered an eSIM plan with EE and I’m stuck so it needs to text me a verification code to set up my account, but the eSIM isn’t downloaded yet so I can’t receive anything on that number. Feels like there’s nothing I can do. Is there any way someone can manually link it or send me a direct download link? I have the account number and phone number on email I just can’t link it to this phone.

i just got a new phone and I can’t access my old one, I’ve tried calling EE but they think I’m a scammer and keep hanging up on me

Unfortunately I am away on holiday and my last phone unexpectedly broke and I couldn’t get that eSIM on my new phone so even if I get a physical sim it would solve my problem but I do appreciate you trying to help. Thank you

Yeah I’m abroad and I tried calling them on another phone which isn’t mine and is under another EE contract and any time I mentioned that i needed help with another contract (my contract) they hung up every time probably thinking it’s a scam call.

Hi @Engjell,

If you're able to sign in to your EE account, some issues can be managed through the EE app or your EE online account.

You can certainly call us from abroad.

Our guides will need to take some security infomation first before they can access your account.
