I trying to make eSIM work on my iPad I’ve used the qr code it sent all was successful but get no service.

been googling on a while and helpline is always closed or busy

I been tying for an eternity to get my e sim to work ,I used the qr code and it says all done and ready to go but continues to say no service I’ve tried alsorts live switching of vpn deleting the sim and orderliness a new one but to no availe an even went down the bot chat rabbit hole , as trying to speak to a human which no doubt would have dealt with the issue in seconds . They are either closed or busy . Any suggestions would be appreciated

Are you in the UK at the moment? Have you tried restarting the iPad?

Has the iPad worked with another eSIM previously?

@Symion , when you ring 150, press option 2, but you need to contact them during the day from 0800-0900 during week days and 0800-0800 at the weekend.

I am in the uk, it’s not worked with an eSIM previously as it was new out of the box at the time. I’ve tried restarting and even resetting the iPad back to new and starting again. Really I do need to make time to ring 150 and talk it through, I just need to remember during the day an have time haha
