Not received ESim download

I joined on 13/08 and still haven’t received a sim to download I have no service provider so unable to use my phone to call EE or iMessages when I use someone else’s phone to call I just get the same answer it will download - I’m thinking of leaving and going elsewhere what can anyone advise please

I'd recommened heading to our Download and use an EE eSIM web page to find out how to get your SIM downloaded.
