I bought a 30-day travel esim, received the QR code and managed to activate it. However, I accidentally deleted it when trying to delete an older esim.

I called the support number but they said the couldn't find my account. I registered on the website using only my email. As the travel esim is only for data I don't have an EE phone number or a British address. The email with the QR code only says:

Your eSIM number: ESIM2

I have the activation instructions and the activation code. None of this help them "find" my account. I've checked the app as well but my esim doesn't show there, as I need an EE phone number to link my products. I also went to the store but they told me that they couldn't help because I bought the esim on the website.

It's like the product doesn't exist, but I was charged. Is there another way to re-activate the esim if I already used the qr code? is there a way to get a new qr code?

@martine491 A new QR code will be you purchasing the travel eSIM again. And yes your original travel eSIM did have a number associated with it if it didn’t you wouldn’t be able to connect to the network to have data usage logged against it.

@Chris_B thanks for your response. When I try to add the esim again I get this message:

The phone number is nowhere in the confirmation email. Where can I find it?

Welcome to the EE Community

If you login to https://ee.co.uk/mobile/travel-esim-uk/profile are you able to download the eSIM from there again?

If not you should be able to request a refund of that particular eSIM if it is unused and order a new one.
