&lt;P&gt;A "No SIM" message is usually a sign that either the SIM isn't being detected properly, or the phone is having trouble reading it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you've already restarted the phone and tried Airplane Mode, it would be worth checking whether the issue sits with the service or the handset. If you're using a physical SIM, try removing and reinserting it, making sure it's seated correctly in the tray. If you have access to another handset, testing the SIM there can help narrow down where the fault lies.&lt;/P&gt;

Not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed some basic help from the Apple Support App but that hasn't work either&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
