Sorry to hear you have lost your SIM card. if you're looking to reconnect and existing SIM that you lost and found again you'll need to contact customer service who will be able to do this for you.

If you need a replacement SIM please call customer service from a different device, where a member of the team can order a replacement SIM card or eSIM QR code in the post.
Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID, or if you've pre-verified on the EE App, and the store guide can issue you a replacement SIM free of charge straight away.
