&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the EE Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What type of phone is it you are using? It sounds like after the first time you put in the PUK from your EE account it was asking you to set a new PIN to use. When you say its asking for the PUK again, is it not accepting the PUK this time?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
