Stroke of genius with the watch I’m not sure if I have my eSIM loaded into it or if I relies on my phone for connection, hopefully either way as a device that’s on my iCloud I can use it to get in, I’m just charging it now, I would use the ee app, but unfortunately I can’t get into my iCloud without the two factor authentication code, it seems they made technology so secure that even the owner can’t get in when the device that holds the keys to everything falters, thanks for your speedy reply I’ll let you know if I have any luck using the watch

So last night I decided to reset my iPhone as it’s been a little slow lately, this is the first time I’ve had an eSIM and I didn’t understand that I was erasing it too!! Now I can’t get into iCloud to restore my phone, I can’t download any apps because iCloud, I can’t call EE, I created a new eSIM on the ee website, but it needs a code sent to the old sim to activate it, I’m going in circles trying to fix this and I need my phone for work tomorrow. I’ve been attempting to find a solution for this for around 4 hours and every time I just hit a brick wall, I can’t call EE I don’t have a landline and can’t borrow a phone, can a customer service advisor please contact me to override the 4 digit code. I’m at my whits end

Hello @Jackswift19 ,

Welcome to the community,

Unfortunately we do not have access to accounts and do not know who you are, this is a public forum.

If you have an IPad and it is set up to receive text with your mobile number, then you would receive the text code that way, as I have made sure that I can receive and send text with my phone IPad and watch, as they all share. You would have to go to an EE high street strore with valid photo ID to get this sorted or find someone who can allow you to use their phone to speak to customer service. When resetting your phone, you should have been given the opportunity to not delete your ESIM, then the problem would not have arisen.

If you have the EE App, you could click on help and contact them that way, if you have it on your IPaad, laptop or PC.

If you're selecting the option to replce my sim/esim it should give you the option to create a verified ID to be able to download without receiving a one time pin.

Alternatively you can go to an EE store with photo ID and they can issue you with a new sim immediately
