&lt;P&gt;Just to add to &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;'s brilliant advice, there are a couple of things you can try which may help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you try taking the SIM out, then pop it back in please? It may be the case that the SIM isn't in properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you try restarting your device? Sometimes a simple restart will kick the SIM into life.&lt;/P&gt;
