&lt;P&gt;When you are logged in, if you go to Manage &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;amp; SIMs, when does the contract show it is due to end?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, the app says I am due an upgrade but when I click on it ,it says upgrade unavailable? I have reloaded the app , phone off/on etc. has anyone else experienced this? Technical say nothing is wrong there end which clearly can't be right?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are out of contract and it is the same on both the app and website, it would need to be looked at by our tech guides, and have a ticket raised if needed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you can upgrade over the phone with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;upgrades guides&lt;/A&gt; or by visiting an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
