      <title>I don't know if I'm with EE or not and there's no one I can speak to...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a pac code from Vodafone and tried to join ee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They accepted it and a few minutes later I got an email from EE to say there's an issue with my bank&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called my bank and resolved the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried to join ee again and was told the PAC code was invalid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then asked Vodafone for a new PAC code but they told.me they can't give me one as it's already been used&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm here and I'm not sure what&amp;nbsp; network I'm with&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems quite stressful to be honest&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;They'll be able to check if the order is there, and look at getting the number port set up with your PAC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the order hasn't been successful, they can help to put it through for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once your SIM is active and connects to our network, if you supplied your PAC at the point of sale, it will bring forward the number transfer to the next available date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This can be as soon as the next working day, but if requested after 5:30pm it will be the working day after that.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Provided you have a valid passport or UK driving licence, we can do an immediate SIM / eSIM replacement for your number free of charge.&lt;/P&gt;
