Issue with purchasing Travel eSIM for UK Visitors - Checkout page error

I am writing to request assistance with purchasing a "Travel eSIM for UK Visitors" on your website.

Currently, after I log into my EE account and select a plan, clicking the "Continue" button does not work. Regardless of which day plan I choose, the website simply remains on the same selection page and fails to redirect me to the final checkout screen.

Could you please help me resolve this technical issue so that I can complete my purchase?

I have tried to replicate this and can select the eSIM and proceed to checkout OK.

Yes, im in London now, and planning to select 30 day pass. How can I checkout without any problem.

I try from your website after log in, but one I have selected the 15£ eSIM, i press continue and it only refresh the page. I am unable to go on with the purchase. I already tried from another device and from another browser. Probably it depends from the fact that I am not yet in the UK?

You should be able to purchase the pass before you arrive. It seems to be working for us, when we test it. Do you get as far as seeing the 'about you' form?

Hi I have same problem here, I'm in Italy and want to buy esim before i arrive to London. But I try from your website after log in, but one I have selected the 20£ eSIM, i press continue and it only refresh the page. Tested 14-07-2026 form my iPhone.

I tried using the Brave browser on my PC and it works with that; I'm able
to reach the payment stage.
But why doesn't work with Edge and Chrome or Safari? I'm now in Italy

Could I confirm the make and models of your phones @Nanna71 and @emilen72, so we can check these are compatible for eSIMs.

For Android

Dial *#06# and press call.
If you see an EID number, your phone is eSIM compatible.

I'm having the same problem: I'm trying to make a purchase from Italy, but it's not working whether I use Chrome, Firefox, or Brave.

When I click to proceed, it just refreshes the same page.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks for highlighting the issue that you're experiencing.

Are you currently connected to WIFI? if you are, I'd recommend disconnecting from WIFI then giving it another try.

Thanks for your reply.

I’m connected via Ethernet on my desktop computer, but I’ve tried different connections—both Ethernet and Wi-Fi on my laptop, as well as mobile data on my smartphone—and different browsers—Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave—and the problem is always the same.

So I think it’s a website error and not my fault.

Unfortunately, if I can’t find a way to purchase the eSIM by tomorrow, I’ll have to buy it from another operator.
