&lt;P&gt;I've split your post into it's own thread so you can be sure all the details shared are relevant to you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're able to try swapping SIMs with someone that you know has a working phone, this can be a great way to identify where the issue lies.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's the same problem in their phone, we know the SIM is at fault, or if their SIM sees the same error when inserted into your phone, the problem would be the handset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're not able to test this, going straight for a replacement SIM like &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt; mentioned would definitely be worthwhile too.&lt;/P&gt;
