Hi, how to call ee through wifi calling, I also have problem with esim. I transferred my data from my old phone and the same problem happened. I need ee to call me through WhatsApp as I don’t have a line now.

@AnnaSheila If you don't have a working EE connection, you need to borrow someone else's phone or go into an EE store with photo ID.

Welcome to the Community, @AnnaSheila

WiFi Calling requires a SIM profile in order to work, as otherwise your number will not be associated with your device.

As @chistery highlighted, the quickest option here will be to visit one of our retail stores.

Provided you have a valid passport or UK Driving licence, you can get a new SIM or eSIM activated right away.
