    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4987827"&gt;@Majed0026&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Does the new phone have a physical SIM card ? &amp;nbsp;If it does you can put your EE sim in it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your already using a eSIM on your old iPhone ( if it is an iPhone ) &amp;nbsp;then you can do a migration from the old iPhone to the new iPhone, &amp;nbsp;but be warned if it goes wrong and it can happen you’ll be left without a working phone. &amp;nbsp; This on board migration is all done when you setup the new iPhone next to the old iPhone as you are given the &amp;nbsp;option to do this. &amp;nbsp; Personally I wouldn’t because I’ve seen this fail before now, &amp;nbsp;it’s not worth the risk and EE cannot do anything to help you when you are abroad to get it working. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/en-gb/118669" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;from Apple&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if your old iPhone is using a physical SIM card you can do a migration on that old iPhone to move it from a physical Sim to the eSIM on that phone you can then do what I’ve listed above at your own risk. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;That’s in Settings&amp;gt;Mobile Services scroll down to Convert to eSIM and follow the on screen instructions. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, how can I receive the code when I don’t have activation esim in the new phone?!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
