If its a physical SIM have you removed it from the phone to gently wipe it to make sure no issues there?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue is continuing I would recommend getting in touch with &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;our technical team&lt;/A&gt; and they can take a look and help with a replacement SIM if one is needed.&lt;/P&gt;
