      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;I recently ported my number from Lycamobile to&lt;BR /&gt;EE, and since then I've been having an issue with receiving verification SMS (OTP codes).&lt;BR /&gt;I can receive normal text messages without any problem, and calls and data are working fine.&lt;BR /&gt;However, 1 am not receiving any verification codes from apps or services (such as banking apps, WhatsApp, etc.).&lt;BR /&gt;Here's what I've already tried:&lt;BR /&gt;• Reset network settings on my iPhone&lt;BR /&gt;• Restarted the device&lt;BR /&gt;• Turned airplane mode on/off&lt;BR /&gt;• Contacted EE support&lt;BR /&gt;• Requested and activated a replacement SIM card&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, the issue is still not resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;It seems like there might be a problem with SMS routing or short code messages after the porting&lt;BR /&gt;process.&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone experienced a similar issue after porting to EE?&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anything else I should ask EE to check or reset on their side?&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be really appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
