I'm in process of moving from BT to EE. I have received a mini SIM and require a nano SIM.

If you're unable to contact any numbers full stop, the issue most likely lies somewhere with your connection rather than the number you're calling.

If you haven't already, please check out our network status checker which should give an overview on whether there are any ongoing faults in the area.
