Have you inserted that one? You do not need to use the SIM card that came with the new phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would otherwise have to either use the app, click on manage at the bottom of the app, click on mobile and sims, then scroll down to settings,, then sim/esim and see if you can get it activated, or use another phone or web based app to ring customer service to get it activated or go to an EE store with a photo ID and get it activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have switched toa new phone and inserted my SIM. But there is no connection. I cannot call support because there's no connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
