      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve received the 3 new EE SIM cards but wasn’t sent any instructions. &amp;nbsp;I’ve searched on this community and found an example that says you need to insert the new sim, then use it and my old number will transfer automatically. &amp;nbsp;Do I call or text anyone and this activates the sim? &amp;nbsp;I’ve read that my old BT number will transfer automatically overnight so I just wait? &amp;nbsp;The BT sales person wasn’t a lot of help and suggested I contact tech support. &amp;nbsp;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should do, yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port-ins are normally actioned the working day after activation/PAC submission.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your case, that should mean tomorrow, Wednesday 11th.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
