      <description>&lt;P&gt;When your old number was disconnected, it ceased being your number and will now someway through the process of quarantine &amp;amp; ultimately recycling for re-issue - there isn't an endless supply of new numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most websites &amp;amp; secure services should have alternate means to prove your identity, and ultimately change the mobile number you have registered with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
