    <description>&lt;P&gt;When exactly was your port-in date? It's normal to receive split service on the day itself, where some elements of your service transfer at different times to others. This should all resolve by the evening of your port-in date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's not happened, there may be a user-specific issue with your port-in which will need access to your individual account to rectify. You should contact EE-CS on 150, who have that access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Out of curiosity, what happens when someone calls your ported-in number? Do text messages sent to your new number, arrive? Try sending a text from your phone to your own number, if you're not sure - see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently purchased a new contract from EE and transferred all my data from my old phone. I can call out and the call is from my number but I cannot receive incoming calls on my ported number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When someone calls they get a message saying I could not be reached. No text messages coming through either. port date was today so could wait till this evening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
