What troubleshooting have you tried so far - can you be more specific?

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Are you in the UK or abroad?

EE-CS can be contacted from any working phone, it doesn't need to be your mobile, an EE one or even a mobile. Use 07953 966150 if you want any account-specific advice, or respond to this forum thread with some more details if general assistance will suffice.

I woke up this morning to find that my iphone 15 says I have a "SIM Failure". When I look at the network signal, it says "Invalid SIM".

I have gone through the troubleshooting for both issues and nothing appears to be resolving the issue.
I tried to contact support through my EE account but this seems to be the only option as I cannot make phone calls on my phone due to this error.

Any ideas?

I'd recommend visiting an EE retail store as the next step. They can try a 2way SIM-swap and put your SIM in a known working phone - to establish whether the SIM or the phone is likely at fault.

If the problem follows the SIM, they can replace it on-the-spot providing you have photographic ID.
