So 8/2/26 I received a new sim at a very good price and was looking forward to getting started very quickly. I wish. The sim could not be registered and was not active like promised. So I contacted EE and after 90 minutes could still not sort this issue out in any shape or form. Disappointed and disgusted. So after that time I had to cancel it and start all over again with a new sim arriving on Monday or Tuesday what a joke this was. I did get £10 good will gesture which was very nice indeed. Why are these mistakes allowed to take place EE?
