      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you do that every number I try doesn’t work it just says call failed and I was with Sky but wanted to keep my number, EE sent out a SIM and said my number would be transferred but a lot of my contacts say it’s the EE number they are getting and not my number I wanted to keep ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you tell me what IVR is please any EE number I try to call won’t connect I can’t get voicemails and need this sorted I am seriously thinking of changing my SIM only because I cannot contact EE at all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
