Hi,

Not sure if in the correct place, but I'm looking at migrating a family members phone from Three to EE under my account. Is this easy enough to do or even possible?

Thanks

Hey there, @walkerx.

It's really straightforward to bring a number over from another network, and usually this can be sorted within a couple of days. There's no time limit at our end on when you can do this, too.

You just need to request a code from their previous provider called a PAC, then provide this to us along with the number you want to transfer.

Provided they are out of contract they should be able to request the PAC immediately, but if they're in-contract there would likely be a termination fee to pay.

You can find all the details you need on how to initiate the switch once you have these details here:

Transfer your number to EE | Mobile Help | EE

Let us know if you need anything else when you come to transfer the number over 🙂
