&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is possible that the SIM could have been disconnected when transferring from one iPhone to the other, if you selected the option to transfer the SIM, as this would only work if you had an active eSIM on the old phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The self serve options in the EE app will need your phone to be active so that you can receive the PIN to authorise the SIM change for security.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you aren't able to do this you can either give our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt; a call from another phone and request one to be posted out to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if you have an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt; nearby, and you are the account holder, you can pop in store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and they can activate a SIM with your number for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've gotten a new phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the sim card i used in my old phone isn't working in either my old or new phone since transferring iphone to iphone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried swapping via the ee app and webpage but i states they need to send me a pin but am unable to get a text message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i tried and make an e-sim it fails to generate a QR CODE&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
