Im a long standing EE customer. I've just finished my latest 3 year contract and taken a sim only deal. Can I ask if as an existing customer if I receive a new sim card in the post or whether EE just update my existing sim online. I cannot find the answer on the EE help app. Thank you

@Rach348 : You should just continue to use your existing SIM. The plan on it will be changed. EE might send you a new SIM just in case you've got a new device & the old one doesn't fit or is broken but otherwise you should still use your old SIM.
