      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want my old number so I give puk code was told my number wud be transferred by 23rd Dec so when I receive the text saying it was done I just thought my old number wud take over the number on my contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But no i am contacting my friends as I wud but then been asked who it is as instead of my old number that the have me saved as the number EE number which I thought had been replaced is been used then when they try ringing me on that number it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I do not have the Rcs messaging can't get that on &amp;amp; looking at the bill well I haven't got a clue if I am paying 4 both numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also the second phone on my account i ordered 4 my son is that connected to my account or do I have to go on &amp;amp; do it myself?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I lost my sons sim so I thought I had ordered a new one but so not have a clue if the order has gone through can not find anything to show it or i have not got a email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for mi bill I do not no how much I am ment to pay manually online 3rd &amp;amp; if another amount will be taken by direct debit on 3rd so confused really am help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What device are you using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you restarted your phone since the PAC transfer completed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the number you transferred over to the EE network show on your EE mobile bill?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your sons phone is linked to your billing account then you will not need to do anything this should automatically be viewable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Replacement SIMs are sent via Royal Mail and can take 2-5 working days to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;
