      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't get PACs using texting when you have multiple nos. You must phone CS for them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PUK = Personal Unlock Key, used to unlock a phone when the SIM PIN has been entered incorrectly too many times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PAC = Porting Authority Code, used to port your number between providers and cancel existing accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE can only issue PAC by text for single-number accounts - if you have multiple lines on a single billing account, you need to call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
