Good morning @Rog007.

Welcome to the EE Community!

When you activate a new SIM, we would normally send you a PIN to the existing SIM as a security measure.

If this has now been deactivated, as @bristolian has mentioned here, you'll need to either request a pre-activated eSIM QR code from our customer care team, or visit one of our retail stores.

Just as a heads up too, to get an instant replacement in-store you'll just need a valid passport or UK driving licence.

Hi, I need help with my number.

I transferred my physical SIM to eSIM on my old iPhone, and then tried to move the eSIM to my new iPhone, but the transfer failed. Now both phones show no service.

Can you please reset my eSIM and push a new eSIM to my iPhone 17 Pro, or issue me a new eSIM QR code?

My old physical SIM is deactivated, so I need the eSIM re-provisioned.

Thank you.

And a SIM that's been deactivated can't normally be reactivated.

You can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone - the solution may be to replace your SIM back to physical (either by postal replacement or retail store face-to-face) and then swap back to electronic if you so desire.
