By transferring do you mean you have set up a new eSIM OR have you ported over a number incorrectly?

No I got new phone when I transferred everything but now my old phone is messed up I cannot see my SIM card again I think I’ll go to an ee shop later ! I checked on YouTube any solutions but nothing! I hopped to get a solution looks like I’ll go to an EE shop

Was the SIM an eSIM?

If yes and this was moved over to your new handset it won't be possible to view this on your old handset.
