Or use the text-based service - text PORT to 150 and follow the prompts.

Either way, get this confirmed by 5.30pm on a working day and port-in should be the following working day.

Welcome to the Community 😊

If you give your PAC direct to a Guide before 5:30pm on a Friday, the port date would usually be the following Monday.

Only if it were after 5:30pm would this be Tuesday instead, but the system explicitly states the port date once the request is sent, so there's little chance this wouldn't have been clear.

I'd recommend waiting until tomorrow morning, and if you still don't receive any updates please give our team a call, and we can investigate further from there.
