i changed over from O2 to EE on friday but wanted to keep my o2 number, someone in EE helped me do this and said my phone should lose service this morning to change to my EE sim however my phone still has service and is showing o2 when will change take place

Port-ins happen on working weekdays only, normally the following working day after your PAC was submitted.

If you submitted your PAC to EE before 5.30pm Friday 14th, this should mean port-in occurs today, Monday 17th - although you should receive a text message to confirm this.

It's normal to receive split-service on port-in day as not all elements are transferred at the same time, but all should be complete by the end of the day.

@leahback Do you have a phone with the EE sim in it ?
