      <description>&lt;P&gt;My iphone stopped working and I had to do a factory reset. In order to set up the SIM again, I will need to access the account, which requires a text message to the sim. I don't have a phone number at the moment and I have no way of calling the support either.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there an easy way out of this deadlock?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Were you previously using an esim and can't receive the text due the phone reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can download an esim through the EE app if you've ID verified yourself. Saves you a call or a trip to the EE store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also call 0800 956 6000 from another line if you require help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
