I help out in the giffgaff community and there's a large ammount experiencing a delay in transfers from o2

Does anyone know if it's a similar situation with transfers from o2 to EE

I took out an additional EE line this week for my wife who is/was with O2. I’m moving her onto my account due to the unfair charges imposed by O2 and using their 30 day penalty free window to leave.
the EE side has been fine, but the number port from O2 has had issues; it was meant to complete yesterday by 6pm, however she has a text this morning saying O2 haven’t released various files which is holding up the port. I strongly suspect it’s due to the sheer volume of people leaving O2 following their media haranguing the past week or so.
