&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only way this could be checked would be with our customer service guides over the phone, but as they will need to access the account and then give you information on the account, they would need to pass through security checks with the account holder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They would not be able to access the account or pass on details from the account with someone who pays the bill.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot locate the original email address used to transfer a number into EE is there a way of finding this information out ? it would have been a company email address but everyone on the generic EE number will not help without security clearances etc. We are paying the bill so not sure how much other proof is needed ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
