Sim card cant be delivered

Ee sent my SIM card with dpd but my road has roadworks witch road closed access only and the dpd driver won’t drive down it. I can’t contact dpd who won’t contact their drivers. What do I do? Why can’t I just download an eSIM. I need to know what to do to receive my SIM card

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent by second class post, not DPD, and it will arrive within 5 days. E-Sim are only available to costumers on contract, not pay as you go.

Hi i literally have an email fromm EE and messages coming from DPD saying they are delivering the sim card. And it is a pay monthly sim not pay as you go

Hi @Kemelo

Irrespective of your road being closed for vehicle traffic, the couriers will still attempt to deliver by finding alternative means to reach your property.

Please visit DPD (UK) - Follow My Parcel to track your DPD delivery.
If you have the DPD app, you may be able to look at alternative delivery options if available.
