If you have an outstanding balance and this is the reason the SIM card has been deactivated, you would need to get in touch with our mobile guides and they can get the account looked into and discuss your options.

@Rahii : If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
