      <title>Porting from o2 to ee</title>

      <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently switched from o2 to ee. I received the phone and physical sim card on Friday 3rd October 2025 and I inserted the ee sim. When the order was, placed I let them know i wanted to keep my current number that I have with o2. I gave them the pac code but since then I've herd nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordinarily, if a PAC is supplied as part of an online order, it's held in pending and submitted when you first activate your new EE SIM. The worst case is that you did this out-of-hours on Friday 3rd, it would have been submitted Monday 6th for port-in Tuesday 7th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That timeline has clearly passed, so you should contact EE-CS on 150 to check the status of yours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
