You can visit How Do I Cancel My Contract with EE for self-service options, including PAC code to take your number.

However, as you have multiple lines on your account, you'll need to call Customer Service directly on 150 as a guide will have to manually generate the PAC code for you.

While speaking with the team, they will also be able to see what they can do to help you stay with us.
