    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am trying to get a PAC code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been trying for over 2 weeks now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try online I get&amp;nbsp; "This service isn’t working right now. We’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try via Text I get "&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi from EE. Sorry , due to your account status for 07*********** we are not able to process your request. Please log into ee.co.uk/myee&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;or call 150 to request your switching information, PAC or STAC. Find out more at&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;A class="" href="http://ee.co.uk/leavingus" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow"&gt;ee.co.uk/leavingus"&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;When I try and do it by a phone call, I am told it will be 45 mins and the options are to hang on or try later.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Does anyone have any ideas, or is there any possible way to talk / online chat with EE (I have tried Messenger and Twitter already"&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If on contract and have the latest EE App, scroll down to help click on it and you will find the message us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always ring customer service and press option 2 and you should get through to one of the guides.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I fail.to understand why you can't put the phone on speaker &amp;amp; do other things while waiting on a call. Yet again another untrue subject line when you can get one if you waited&lt;/P&gt;</description>
