If you are abroad with a faulty/lost/stolen SIM, you should unfortunately consider yourself offline until you return to the UK.

An eSIM can only be replaced when your phone has a network connection. A pSIM can only be replaced via your billing address or physically in an EE retail store with photographic ID.

I had an eSIM card, but I lost my phone. Now I can’t log in to the app because it asks for mobile confirmation, and I don’t have my phone. I need a new SIM card, but I’m abroad at the moment. What should I do?

For a lost SIM you need to order a replacement SIM for £1.50 by phoning CS for one as you can't get into an EE Store. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
