    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I lost my phone last week, have no other means of communication. I went into the Swindon branch to get a new one and they coudl not do it in store, so they ordered one. It was meant to arrive next day -&amp;nbsp; this was last Wednesday/Thursday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I email EE to check on this??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE have no published email address for CS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Replacement SIMs are sent by Royal Mail second-class post, although it's unusual that a retail store couldn't supply one in-store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that your SIM was lost. As &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43656"&gt;@bristolian&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; said, the SIM cards are sent through Royal Mail, so usually arrive within four days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did the store staff say why the SIM couldn't be replaced in store?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>the woman in the shop said they couldn't do it in store...and it'd arrive&lt;BR /&gt;next day! Maybe the bank holiday has delayed things</description>
