Number hasn't transferred to EE

Number transfers take 24 hours??

On 19th of August at EE store Newcastle in the morning provided all details including PAC code from 02 to transfer my number to EE. Still waiting for number transfer. Tried to phone EE customer service but there no option for PAC or number transfer.

How long should I wait ?

Did the EE store process the PAC whilst you were there, and tell you the date it would happen?

May be worth a call to EE and asking what's going on and confirming it's been submitted.

Have you inserted the EE SIM into a device to activate it on the network and allow the porting process to be triggered?

If this is done before 5:30pm it should transfer on the next working day.
