      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new SIM on Friday and gave my PAC (from BT) at the time of placing the order.&amp;nbsp; I received the new SIM on Monday but have only just put it into my phone.&amp;nbsp; How long does it normally take for the porting process?&amp;nbsp; I've not had any SMS to confirm my request&lt;/P&gt;</description>
