I ordered a new SIM on Friday and gave my PAC (from BT) at the time of placing the order. I received the new SIM on Monday but have only just put it into my phone. How long does it normally take for the porting process? I've not had any SMS to confirm my request

Welcome to EE!

Usually the port-in takes effect the following day.
You can find out more at Transfer your old number to a new EE SIM

However, if you feel the PAC code hasn't been processed, you can submit your PAC code again by texting PORT to 150 from your EE SIM.
