Hi if anyone has issue with Ee like me please join to make a group claim against Ee, my sim disconnected I can not call and receive calls, the advices are layers. Join with me to make a claim

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community.

If you're experiencing issues with your calls and SIM, we would always recommend reaching out to our team first so we can look into getting this resolved from our end.

From there, if we're unable to agree on an appropriate resolution, or if the complaint remains unresolved for more than 8 weeks, the next stage would be referring this to deadlock.

At this point you can take your case to the Communications Ombudsman for independent review, and they would make a ruling on the situation from there.

You can find all the information you need on this process in our complaints code of practice.

@emil1975 do you have a faulty SIM card ? is there a network issue in your area ? is your phone faulty ? You need to check all of these before you make any such claims of I’m taking EE to court.

Are you in or outside of the UK ?

Hi my sim cart was disconnected without any notice I don’t have connection because of brainless Ee staff, I am getting signal lost over 1 year, Ee staff are not helpful even they are not trained. I checked everything and if you not sure you can stay away. I am doing my action after I have time think about my decision, please do not mess . Stay away

@emil1975 So you say you have a signal issue that’s been going on over a year. Sounds like a phone or SIM card issue because EE have more than one mast that your device could connect too. Any how, if you device isn’t working how can you receive a text saying your number is going into hibernation because of lack of use,

hi i have tried many way please do not meslead other customers, i have issues with ee, i advise other cutomers leave ee, i took ee to ombudsmant the case closed 50 compensation and appology letter, both of them not received, now wheni called ee i have 4 numbers , ee refused to help, has i have 4 numbers and i applied for ombudman they refusing even to help, i open case for one number and they apply for 4 numbers, as customer i am discriminated, i feel this matter to take to media, and i already took case to the court waiting, they tell you can not complain about your network, i dont understand ee maybe sale shoes, or watches i need to call them////????, i just need from ee service, if i can complain why i have this network, i have proof of no connection different places, on outdoor me and my son was with me i was speaking on the phone withh ee outdoor next to my property , the adviser told me because you speak on the phone you can not access internet, ok what about my son phone he could not connect as well, one of the 4 number my son use, discasting stop this discrimination

I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your call transcripts.

Transcripts can take 24 hours to arrive.

If you still haven't received your call transcripts after this time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our team, and they can get this looked into for you.

thank you for your reply no transcript, this company just bad is it is no rsponce send couple complains no responce, anyway lets wait for the court i will show to judje all my emails nd messages

i know this company treat people -customers as ants, we are customers who pay them money treat as a ants.

hi, i sent many request for getting transcript of calls for 01.12.2025 and 04.12.2025, i send many request , i called i was told they will call me back but no one called me back.
