&lt;P&gt;If you have any concerns, you can &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;give us a call&lt;/A&gt;, then a guide can look into your account and give you an update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you need a sim immediately, you can pop into one of our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;stores&lt;/A&gt; and they can give you a replacement sim there and then.&lt;/P&gt;
