Transfer watch sim to new watch

Afternoon all. I have just bought a Samsung 8 classic smart watch. I had a samsung 5 pro with ee sim. Unfortunately I reset the 5pro watch and gave it to my dad without first unpairing the sim. I want to use the existing esim with my new watch and rang ee to ask if they could do it. I was told they don't do it and if I didn't know I should find the answers online which I didn't find very helpful. Online im told I can do it through the ee app and go to manage devices and find old phone and remove it but I can't find this anywhere on the app. Can anyone help please. Thanks all

@Jimmbyee66 You get the watch back from your dad and do the process correctly. You didn’t remove the sim so it’s still has it.
